The Wattle Day Association is hosting their annual 'Wattle Corner' at the Arboretum Visitors Centre to celebrate National Wattle Day with a variety of activities for everyone to enjoy!

🟑 Learn more about our national floral emblem and the part wattle plays in Australia’s national story.

🟑 Get hands on with displays of blooming wattle to touch, smell and enjoy.

🟑 Snap an insta-worthy photo at our wattle selfie-spot.

🟑 Get advice from volunteers on how to grow and care for wattle in your own backyard.

🟑 Treat yourself or a loved one to an assortment of wattle styled gifts from The Curatoreum.

🟑 Purchase wattle seeds collected from the National Arboretum Canberra's very own Golden Grove at The Curatoreum. Each packet of Golden wattle (Acacia pycnantha) seed has enough to grow 10 trees up to 8m tall.

🟑 Taste the wattle-themed delights on offer at The Cafe at the Arboretum.
