Set against the backdrop of a Canberra winter, you’ll photograph the colours, textures, and forms of the Arboretum natural wonders, working with soft seasonal light, frosted surfaces, and the quiet structure of forests in focus. Along the way, you’ll develop practical skills in composition, focus, and exposure, gaining confidence in using your device to create striking and thoughtful images.
NatureArt Lab believe that when people engage nature through art, it fosters a deep connection and care for nature. Participants have the opportunity to learn new skills, meet new people and immerse themselves in art inspired by nature and the trees of the Arboretum.
