Dance your way to wellbeing!

Expertly facilitated by instructors from ZEST, this sixty minute activity is a fun, welcoming and inclusive dance class for adults of all ages, abilities and experience levels. Enjoy music and movement in a supportive environment that encourages physical, mental and social wellbeing. Classes begin with gentle movements while seated, with options to stand and move around if you wish. Participants are encouraged to take part in a way that suits their needs and abilities.

Enjoy spectacular scenic views, surrounded by nature, as you exercise in the warm comfort of the stunning Margaret Whitlam Pavilion.

No previous dance experience is required, just come along, have fun and enjoy moving to music.


*In consideration of participants with mobility access requirements, parking will be available at the Margaret Whitlam Pavilion for this event.
