Collect your free map and follow the clues to find unique geological treasures. Discover secrets from ancient landscapes on this self-guided tour of the National Rock Garden, where some rocks are more than two billion years old! Explore how these rocks help build Australia's iconic landmarks including Parliament House, the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House. Get up close to hidden marvels including prehistoric giant clams, trilobites and corals - the inhabitants of tropical reefs that once grew in Canberra!

♿This activity can be accessed by an assisted wheelchair. Paths are sealed, with a Grade 1 (slight) gradient. The distance to the rock garden from the Village Centre is 280 metres each way, plus 170 metres walk around the National Rock Garden itself.
