One of the many great things about the National Arboretum Canberra is the range of experiences available for visitors whatever their age, ability or needs. There are limited steps around the Village Centre and surrounding gardens, making it suitable for both wheelchairs and strollers. Visitors can book a free wheelchair to use during their visit.
From the Village Centre visitors can enjoy the National Bonsai and Penjing Collection of Australia, take a wander through the Gallery of Gardens, engage their senses in the Discovery Garden and see spectacular views of Canberra.
We are proud to be one of Visit Canberra’s inclusive & accessible destinations.
Proudly supported by the ACT Government with thanks to Threesides Marketing Canberra for production, Missing Bits Productions for video and Mode Imagery for images.
