Bonsai reshaped is the highlight of our calendar year, showcasing the arts of bonsai and penjing in Australia.
Thank you to our amazing guest artists, Marcela Ferreira from Melbourne and Tony Bebb from Brisbane.
Bonsai After Dark was a fabulous night under the lights of the Village Centre. Marcela and Tony showcased their bonsai skills during live demonstrations. The Village centre was alive with the enthusiasm for bonsai, as well as the action of live and silent auctions.
The workshops that took place during the four day event included beginner and advanced workshops. Where we saw enthusiastic beginners learn how to create and care for their own bonsai and advanced artists learn how to take their bonsai to the next level.
The Bonsai Market Stalls took place over the weekend from the Terrace Room. There were four vendors from around Australia selling a wide variety of bonsai trees, tools and much more. We would like to thank all of the stall holders for a successful weekend.
We look forward to seeing you all next year to celebration the beauty and artistry of bonsai once again.
