Bonsai Reshaped - Intermediate Bonsai Workshops

Whether your bonsai is in development or in refinement, let our visiting artists and expert curators help you take your bonsai to the next level. Under expert guidance, reflect on your bonsai journey, be inspired and shape your future.

Participants must bring all trees, materials and tools.

WHAT TO BRING:

  • You will need to bring up to two suitable trees, we recommend trees that have anatomical features to work on with sufficient branches for styling.
  • Having two trees will allow the facilitator to have a choice if one is not suitable. A suitable tree would have 3 hours of work in it.
  • Please bring your own tools and wire.
  • Bring a turntable if you have one handy and small wooden chocks to change the angle of your tree (a small number of both will be available to use if you do not have any).

Class size limited to 8 people, so be quick to secure your spot for these sought after workshops.

Workshops will be held in the Margaret Whitlam Pavilion.

Caroline Scott

*Unfortunately, due to ill health, Caroline will no longer be able to travel to Australia to participate in the upcoming Bonsai Reshaped events.  We are pleased to share that two of our other visiting artists, Heike van Gunst and Sandra Grlica, will be stepping in to lead Caroline’s workshops. This means you can now enjoy the combined expertise of two artists, doubling the insight and inspiration. We wish Caroline a speedy recovery and hope to engage her in a future event.
