Janet hosts luscious monthly Kitchen Cabinet Dinners for guests to enjoy contemporary Australian cuisine created from the finest, freshest, seasonal produce. Janet Jeffs' interest in cooking and sustainable farming evolved during her career as a young chef with culinary legend Maggie Beer, and an apprenticeship with Cheong Liew, one of the ten most influential chefs in the world. Her focus is on organic and biodynamic produce, heirloom meats, seasonal vegetables and fruits, and sustainable sea and fresh water foods.
