Wattle day walk, Friday 1 September, 11 am

Celebrate Wattle Day by joining an experienced guide to discover the rich variety of wattles in bloom in our Southern Tablelands Ecosystems Park (STEP). STEP is a unique garden at the Arboretum featuring many different types of trees, shrubs, flowers and herbs, all native to the local area. Learn about the many ways in which wattles can be used and the origin of Wattle Day. A very short (7 minutes), easy walk to STEP. Meet in the Village Centre. 1 hour duration. FREE EVENT. No bookings required.
