The Central Valley ceremonial gardens occupy the major existing valley of the site, extending from the Arboretum entry to the crowning ridge line. The valley clearing and series of terraces form an important arrival experience leading to the Village Centre. Within the Central Valley are trees planted by significant dignitaries and leaders.
